Using Personal Information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

When you create an account on our Site, make purchases through us, join a loyalty program, enter a contes or giveaway, share a photograph, video, or product reviews, call our Consumer Care Center, sign up to receive offers or email, or interact with us in another way, we collect the information that you provide to us.  This information includes Personal Information (information that can be used to identify you as an individual) such as your name, social media handle, email, telephone number, home address, and payment information (such as account or credit card number) and the other information described above.  If you use a chat feature on our Sites, we collect the information you share during the interaction.  We also collect information about your product and service preferences, your use of our Site, demographic, and interests so that we can customize your experience on our Site.

You may also be able to register and log in to our Site or chat features using your social media account, such as Facebook, Instagram or Google. These platforms may ask your permission to share certain information with us (e.g. name, gender, profile picture) and all information is shared subject to their privacy policies.  You can control the information that we receive by changing your privacy settings offered by the relevant social media platform.

Retention

We will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.

Automatic Decision-Making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Marketing

If you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter our Company may, from time to time, to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies that we contract with.

If you have agreed to receive our newsletter, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
